I recently stayed at a modern apartment in Como called Principessa. The apartment itself was immaculate and had all the contemporary amenities I needed. The building is secure and the apartment offers excellent soundproofing, allowing me to have a peaceful stay despite being located on a busy road. The natural light coming in from the windows was a wonderful touch and made the space feel bright and airy. The location is also very convenient, with close proximity to the bus station and 'Nord' railway station, making it easy to explore the city and even take a direct train to Milan. Additionally, there are delightful restaurants with a lake view and a funicular railway just a few minutes' walk away. The fast and stable wifi was also a bonus for staying connected. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the lack of air conditioning and some traffic noise, I would recommend Principessa for its modernity, cleanliness, and convenient location.

The kitchen was well-stocked with everything I needed as a traveler. The host, Barbara, was always available and very helpful. The building was secure and the apartment was clean with plenty of natural light. The double sealed windows provided excellent sound suppression. The fast and stable wifi was a bonus. The hotel was conveniently close to the train, bus, and boat dock, as well as markets, restaurants, and an ATM. The nearby restaurants with a lake view and the funicular railway were a few minutes' walk away.

I had an amazing stay at Principessa in Como! the modern building and well-equipped apartment provided a comfortable and clean atmosphere. the abundance of natural light from the windows was delightful, and the double sealed/double glazed windows offered great sound suppression. the location was perfect, with close proximity to the bus and train stations, making it easy to explore Milan. I especially appreciated the excellent security and the convenience of a quiet lift. the fast and stable WiFi was a bonus, and the nearby restaurants with a lake view and the funicular railway added to the overall enjoyable experience. Tip: Don't forget to check all the wall cupboards for hidden extras like a toaster!
